Inatô is an expression of chef Jepe Cruz’s own culinary style; born from more than a decade working in the industry, as well as his travels, both here and abroad. Seasonality and availability dictate the menu, utilizing exceptional local and global ingredients, with the application of Filipino cooking techniques and flavors.
